Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena seeks a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the POV Sales Department, drive profitability, and optimize client interactions while meeting brand standards. You will coordinate pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize sales and CSI ratings.

The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a track record in pre-owned automotive sales management. Base compensation is monthly with commission, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent training and experience).
• Minimum 5 years in pre-owned automotive sales management or similar roles.
• Current California Sales License.
• Current California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and adjusts POV sales goals to achieve company objectives.
• Promotes departmental sales initiatives; informs clients of specials and handles concerns per guidelines.
• Establishes annual and monthly sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit targets.
• Analyzes market/franchise data to identify growth opportunities and set strategies.
• Oversees delivery procedures and introduces Service Department during first service appointment.
• Maintains CRM discipline with prospecting, follow-up, and sales control systems.
