Qualifications

• Dealership management experience.
• Willing to train additional sales staff and work within a team environment.
• Energetic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appraising trades.
• Write up trades for reconditioning and coordinate with workshop and advisors to determine best actions.
• Keep all preowned cars clean and well-presented in showrooms, out front, and online.
• Work service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory.
• Attend auctions to source inventory.
• Manage pricing and update online; write used-vehicle descriptions.
• Ensure CPO requirements are met for inspections and advertising.
• Educate sales staff on available inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appraising trades

• Ensuring all preowned cars are kept clean and well presented in the showrooms, out front, and online
• Working service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
• Working auctions to find inventory
• Managing pricing and updating online, writing used vehicle descriptions
• Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections, advertising, and reporting
• Educating sales staff on available inventory
