Job summary

Fields Mercedes Benz of Lakeland is seeking a high-integrity, energetic dealership manager to lead the sales and pre-owned operations. You will supervise trades, coordinate reconditioning, and ensure vehicles are clean and well presented in showrooms, online, and out front.

You will work the service drive and auctions to find inventory, educate staff on available inventory, and maintain CPO standards for inspections, advertising, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appraising trades
• Writing up trades for reconditioning through workshop, following up with advisors and techs to manage best course of action for work to be done.
• Ensuring all preowned cars are kept clean and well presented in the showrooms, out front, and online
• Working service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
• Working auctions to find inventory
• Managing pricing and updating online, writing used vehicle descriptions
• Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections, advertising, and reporting
• Educating sales staff on available inventory

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a per-employment background check & drug screen
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
