Qualifications

• Dealership management experience required.
• Willing to train additional sales associates.
• Energetic with high energy throughout the sales day.
• Clean driving record.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Subject to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appraising trades.
• Write up trades for reconditioning through workshop, coordinating with advisors and techs.
• Ensure all preowned cars are clean and well presented in the showrooms, out front, and online
• Work service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
• Work auctions to find inventory
• Managing pricing and updating online, writing used vehicle descriptions
• Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections, advertising, and reporting
• Educating sales staff on available inventory
