Qualifications

• Prior automotive Assistant Sales Manager experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time efficient manner.
• Assist in managing used inventory turn and stocking the right vehicle mix.
• Provide management assistance and support to sales staff selling used vehicles.
• Assist in increasing sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
• Assist in forecasting goals at the beginning of each month and monitor progress monthly.
• Demonstrate understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
