O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Pre-Owned Assistant Sales Manager to join our dealership team and help drive used vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires prior experience as an Automotive Ford Assistant Sales Manager, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. You will supervise used car operations and support the sales staff to grow volume and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive Ford assistant sales manager experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring timely used-vehicle reconditioning.
• Help manage used inventory turnover and vehicle mix.
• Support sales staff in selling used vehicles.
• Assist in increasing sales volume and gross profit.
• Assist with monthly goal forecasting and tracking.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• Help ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met.

Used Car Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
• Assist in managing Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix.
• Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
• Assist in Increasing sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
• Assist in forecasting goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
