O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln is seeking a Pre-Owned Assistant Sales Manager with prior Ford/auto sales experience to lead the used-vehicle sales team. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, inventory control, and operational efficiency within a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales manager experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time-efficient manner.
• Manage used inventory turnover and stock the right vehicle mix.
• Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
• Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
• Forecast monthly goals and monitor progress daily, weekly and monthly.
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.

Used Car Assistant Sales Manager Qualifications:
