Job summary

OC Welch Ford Lincoln is seeking a Pre-Owned Assistant Sales Manager to join our dealership in Hardeeville, SC. You will support sales staff, oversee used-vehicle reconditioning, manage inventory mix, and strive to grow gross profit while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Prior automotive assistant sales management experience required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Assist to ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
Assist in managing Used Inventory Turn and stock the right vehicle mix.
Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
Assist in increasing sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
Assist in forecasting goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
