Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership preferred.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe available optional equipment to customers.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles (new/used).
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company steps.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
