Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Op unit for a part-time, second-shift role. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide direct nursing care in a pre-operative setting.

The position requires current KY RN licensure, a nursing degree, BLS, and potentially ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed by the department. On-call weekends/holidays are rotation-based. The unit emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and work permit in Kentucky.
• BLS certification required; if not, obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department of assignment.
