Baptist Health in Kentucky is hosting a RN Pre-Op/PACU virtual hiring event. The position is 40 hours weekly, full time, dayshift, with responsibilities in pre-op and phase II recovery. Expect continuity of care with patients, strong perioperative knowledge, and ability to manage fast-paced scenarios.

Requirements include active RN licensure in Kentucky, BCLS, ACLS and PALS, and at least one year of RN experience in PACU or ICU. The event emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in PACU or ICU setting.

Responsabilidades

• Possesses strong clinical knowledge and skills regarding the perioperative experience.
• Good organizational skills, multitask with frequent interruptions, flexible working hours, and positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Willing and capable of working both pre- and post-op areas.
• Committed to high quality patient care in a fast paced environment.
• Previous critical care or recovery experience is required.
• Proficient in starting IVs.
