United Surgical Partners International's USPI New Mexico Surgery Center - Orthopaedics in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an RN Pre OP PACU PRN to support pre-operative and PACU care in an ambulatory surgery setting.

The role emphasizes patient assessment, coordination of care, and adherence to nursing standards. No weekends, no on-call, with paid holidays; opportunities to participate in quality improvement and committees as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in NM.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• One year experience in intra-operative setting.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee care for Pre-Op patients.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and center policies.
• Communicate patient care needs to the team.
• Assist in quality improvement audits as designated.
• Maintain Pre-Operative area inventory and cleanliness.
• Prepare patient for anesthesia evaluation.
