Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a part-time day shift. The role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families to support understanding and adherence to treatment plans.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Registered Nurse license/certification required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess regularly.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
