Job summary

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of acute care experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills are essential to ensure safe, high-quality care within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• 1+ year acute care in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and document activities.
