Job summary

Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Op for full-time days. Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts with on-call requiring a 30-minute response. The RN will deliver pre-operative and post-operative care in the Pre/Post Unit, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety and high-quality patient outcomes.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential. Arizona or Compact RN license, ADN required (BSN preferred); BLS required; ACLS & PALS within

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Active Arizona or Compact RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required within 90 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative care in the Pre/Post Unit using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for perioperative patients.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safety and quality patient outcomes.
