Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans total nursing care for pre-operative patients.
• Records and reports symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
• Administers physician-ordered medications and treatments.
• Prepares and discharges pre-operative patients per policy.
• Reviews charts for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures consent forms are completed and aligned with orders.
