Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license; BLS certification may be required.
• RN I <1 year, RN II 1-3 years, RN III 3-10 years, RN IV 10+ years; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe and appropriate care according to nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates nursing care planning with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes using data and standards.
• Coordinates treatment plans; develops discharge and transfer plans.
• Participates in program evaluation and process improvement; supports quality initiatives.
• Addresses diverse patient needs across the continuum of care while upholding service standards.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies; promotes prudent resource use.
• Supports professional growth; may serve as preceptor or mentor.
