Citrus Heights Surgery Center is hiring a PRN Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate patient care before and after procedures. The Pre-op RN will assess, educate, and prepare patients, while the PACU RN will manage recovery and coordinate post-anesthesia care.

Weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this role; BSN preferred and active CA RN license required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
• 1+ years of RN experience required; ASC or OR experience preferred.
• Current American Heart BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Organize and direct pre-operative care; educate patients for procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee PACU care; ensure patient safety and effective communication with the team.
• Adhere to nursing standards and hospital guidelines; participate in committees/quality improvement as designated.
