Roseville Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a Registered Nurse for PreOp/PACU in Roseville, CA. The role delivers continuous nursing care to patients emerging from anesthesia, guiding planning and discharge readiness, with emphasis on safety and comfort.

Schedule is 20–29 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; NO call and NO night shifts. Competitive pay and benefits are offered to support patient care and staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS accredited by AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Aseptic technique principles and application.
• Care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and participate in teamwork.
• Commitment to performance improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for patients from anesthesia to discharge.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient and family needs for discharge.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and privacy at all times.
