Job summary

OrthoAtlanta, LLC in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Preop/PACU on-site per diem. The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus benefits in an outpatient surgery setting.

Qualifications

• BSN and Georgia RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
• 2 years RN experience in Preop/PACU preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse – Preop/PACU at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

• Assess and monitor preoperative patients, obtain vital signs, review medical history, and ensure informed consent is complete
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage pain, and address any complications to ensure safe and comfortable recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner within the EMR
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless surgical experience
• Recognize and act on changes in patient condition, using independent clinical judgment and facility protocols to guide decisions

What You’ll Need
