Qualifications

• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through networking, referrals and community relations.
• Prospect for at least 4 hours daily when applicable and follow up with families.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, addressing needs with care.
• Present planning guides to families and educate on pre-need options.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Work beyond standard hours including nights and weekends.
