Job summary

Ingram Content Group in LaVergne, TN is hiring a Pre Media Specialist to start immediately. The role provides basic technical assistance to facilitate publisher data submission, performs simple file edits, and ensures compliance with publisher specs and internal manuals.

Responsibilities include guiding customers on file submissions, resolving basic issues, and collaborating with multiple teams. Schedule is Monday–Friday with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or directly related year for year experience.
• 1 year of experience using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Mac-based graphic design software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic inquiries via phone/email on simple technical questions.
• Guides customers on file submissions via web or ftp with step-by-step instructions.
• Provides basic file review and feedback to ensure submission success.
• Performs simple file fixes and troubleshooting as needed.
