Ingram Content Group is hiring for Sr. Client Services Coordinators to support our La Vergne, TN office. You will acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Ingram Content policies, services, and procedures to assist internal and external clients with timely, accurate information.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in customer or client support, strong communication skills, and are able to work with publishers. The role includes multi-channel requests, collaboration with multiple departments, and

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2 years' experience in a customer or client support role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process requests received by phone, chat, and email via ticketing system from internal and external clients accurately and timely.
• Perform and process responsibilities related to assigned line of business including ship desk, relief receptionist, inventory management, order entry, reporting, and other transactions; research and respond to issues promptly.
• Make decisions on credit adjustments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and procedures in assigned area; maintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
• Contribute to improving procedures and participate in implementing new processes; create supporting documentation.
• Serve as liaison and primary contact for departments or publisher clients; ensure two-way communication.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders daily to share resources for timely completion of work.
• Provide first level support for customer and client systems; attempt first call resolution and escalate as needed.
