Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, accounting or management consulting.
• Sound investment judgment; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Effective interpersonal and oral/written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and underwrite investment opportunities of $5–25 million per transaction.
• Perform due diligence on prospective investments.
• Lead financial modeling and valuation exercises.
• Prepare investment committee memorandums.
• Monitor financial and operating performance of portfolio companies.
• Participate in the marketing efforts of the firm.
