The role focuses on preparing and managing mailing data to meet U.S. Postal Service automation requirements, including address list processing, NCOA updates, data formatting, variable data printing, and producing USPS documentation. The position also involves operating print/mail equipment, preparing print‑ready files, and providing backup support across Pre‑Mail functions. The specialist works closely with customer service, design, print, and mailing teams, contributes to process improvement, and supports MPC’s mission of high‑quality, efficient print and mail services. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, workplace safety, and a respectful, inclusive environment.
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS). 2+ years of relevant experience. Required certifications: None. Background checks required in accordance with University policies.
The salary range for this position is $40,608.00 – $58,836.00.
