Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience; plaintiff-side experience preferred.
• Hands-on deposition experience; state and federal motion practice a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and responses for plaintiff-side personal injury and related matters.
• Handle law and motion matters in California state and federal court.
• Take and defend depositions of defendants, experts, and treating physicians.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial, including medical experts.
