Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal setting.
• Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Ohio court procedures and electronic filing systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Communicate with clients to gather case information, collect medical records, and confirm medical treatment.
• Prepare and organize case documentation, correspondence, and other legal materials.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and attorneys to support case progression.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and deadlines.
• Assist with case preparation and related administrative tasks as needed.
• Support electronic filing requirements and court-related documentation when applicable.
