Wettermark Keith is seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage high-volume PI claims from intake to settlement. The role requires strong negotiation, client communication, and meticulous case management in our Chattanooga or Knoxville offices.

Candidate must hold a J.D. and be licensed to practice in Tennessee with 1–3+ years in PI law (pre-litigation preferred). Compensation includes a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee in good standing.
• 1–3+ years in personal injury, pre-litigation preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Client-focused with ability to manage high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Review police reports and medical records to value cases.
• Draft demand letters and legal correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers for fair compensation.
• Coordinate with medical providers on treatment and billing.
• Maintain detailed case notes in the CMS.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to move cases efficiently.
• Prepare cases for litigation if needed.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
