The ideal candidate will manage several diverse cases and be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases, providing personalized attention so each client feels valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate required.
• Active State Bar member in good standing.
• CA license preferred with additional AZ/NM/NV/IL/IN license.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance defense required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research case law to analyze precedents for plaintiff tactics.
• Establish rapport with clients.
• Answer client questions about proceedings, negotiations, and related questions.
• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents for clients.
• Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge.
• Advise clients throughout intake through litigation.
• Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner.
