Culture On Camera seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney licensed in Virginia and/or West Virginia to advocate for injury victims across the region. Manage cases from intake through pre-suit settlement while collaborating with an established team dedicated to client outcomes.

The role focuses on pre-suit strategy, negotiations with insurance carriers, and smooth handoffs to the litigation team for cases proceeding to court. A strong track record in personal injury is essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Virginia and/or West Virginia.
• At least 2 years of personal injury experience, focused on evaluation, demands, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia and/or West Virginia personal injury law and insurance practices.
• Excellent negotiation, evaluation, and case management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand.
• Evaluate liability and damages under VA/WV law to guide strategy.
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with carriers.
• Coordinate with litigation team for seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with investigators, medical providers, and staff.
• Maintain ethical, efficient case management and client communication.
