Job summary
Skinner Accident & Injury Lawyers in the Virginia/West Virginia region seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney licensed in Virginia and/or West Virginia. You will manage personal injury cases from intake through demand and pre-suit settlement negotiations, building strong case foundations.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia and/or West Virginia
- Experience handling personal injury cases at pre-suit stage
- Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills
