Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit resolution or transition to litigation.
• Supervise pre-litigation case managers and ensure efficient progression.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and coverage to develop case strategies.
• Review and approve settlement demands and negotiate with insurers.
• Address client concerns and guide them through settlements.
• Oversee settlement disbursements and case closure.
• Coordinate with litigation attorneys on cases requiring court action.
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines.
• Handle General District Court trials and related Circuit Court appeals when needed.
