Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant preferred.
• Experience in personal injury law is highly desired.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of the pre-litigation process.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties.
• Request, organize, and review medical records and supporting documents.
• Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and settlement packages.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
• Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
