Job summary

TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm that operates fully remote. The Case Manager role is an advocate who owns the client relationship from intake through settlement, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.

You will manage high-volume Arkansas pre-litigation matters, coordinate with care teams, and use modern case-management tools to move cases forward with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arkansas.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

What You Bring

Required:

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arkansas
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes
