Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury matters, plaintiff-side preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload from pre-litigation through settlement or referral.
• Review case facts, liability, medical records, and damages to develop strategy.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense representatives.
• Maintain accurate case notes and updates in the case management system.
• Communicate with clients regarding progress and settlement options.
• Coordinate with paralegals, medical providers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional responsibilities.
