Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiating abilities and fast-paced work ethic.
• Ability to move pending cases forward independently and handle trial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop assigned cases and gather relevant facts.
• Advance claims, secure authorizations, and manage client communications.
• Explain attorney-client contracts and sign-up cases in/out of office.
• Handle after-hours calls and secure new client signups when needed.
• Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered.
