Essential Job Functions

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy
• Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence
• File management in our case management software
• Understanding UM coverage
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance
• Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies

Job Qualifications Required

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Valid license to practice law in Louisiana
• Member of the state bar in good standing
