Job summary

MVP Accident Attorneys is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney in California to lead a small team and own casework from intake to settlement. The role emphasizes proactive client communication, strong negotiation, and strategic case value maximization.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of PI pre-litigation experience, a valid California Bar license, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-person work location with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, and general negligence.
• Strong settlement negotiation and client service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement.
• Leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 case staff.
• Investigating liability and damages to maximize case value.
• Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal process.
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
• Communicating with adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Driving cases toward successful and efficient resolutions.
• Maintaining organized and accurate case files using case management software.
