Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Midtown in Tulsa, OK is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who want to expand access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians will provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services to a diverse client population.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities.
