Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist in Taft, California to provide individual and group mental health services, support client recovery, and collaborate with the care team.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field with AMFT/APCC/ACSW registration, at least two years of relevant experience, and a valid California driver’s license. A sign-on bonus is offered.

• Valid registration as AMFT, APCC, or ACSW with active status.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and/or outpatient).

About the Role at Clarvida

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
• Valid registration as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and/or outpatient)
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
