Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking Fully Licensed Therapists for our Central NW Austin clinic. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and a supportive team to expand access to care, including individual, family, and group therapy, plus Telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure.
• Pursuing clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Experience with children, adolescents and teens.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in use of Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits/week for full-time clinicians.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff and teachers.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to outreach and community engagement as assigned.
