Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university and on track to obtain licensure

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation per policy
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to fulfill the mission
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
