Community Reach Center is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed Therapist for its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Colorado. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment and discharge plans, and respond to crises in a collaborative, compassionate setting.

Strong foundation in trauma-informed care and the ability to perform outreach and home visits is essential. A Master’s degree in a related field plus Colorado licensure eligibility is required to join our

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Eligible for licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience in community mental health, ACT, or high-intensity settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and manage tailored treatment and discharge plans.
• Conduct therapeutic crisis interventions when needed.
