Lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and parents to ensure quality service.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., including infants for program facilitation and safety
- Meet background check requirements
