Lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to ensure quality customer service.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Calmly handle stressful situations professionally while multitasking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and program facilitation; for Infant and Toddler teachers, ability to lift infants into and out of cribs
