Our lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Completion of state-required pre-service training
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Calmly handle stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and program facilitation; for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, proper lifting of infants is required
• Meet background check eligibility
