KinderCare in Florida is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to implement our curriculum while aligning with State Pre-K requirements. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play-based activities.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and ongoing engagement, while cultivating positive relationships with state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Qualifikationen

• CDA Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• English communication with children and parents
• Able to use a computer and ensure children's safety while engaging in activities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements with attention to each child's unique needs
• Partner and communicate with parents to support children's care and education
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
