Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Florida is seeking a Teacher to support curriculum implementation, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families to nurture young learners daily.

You will work with staff and leadership to meet Pre-K guidelines, engage children indoors or outdoors, and contribute to a caring, inclusive center culture while benefiting from comprehensive programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, and State Pre-K requirements, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
