Tri-County Community Action Agency in North Providence, RI is seeking a State Pre-K Teacher Assistant to support the State Pre-K Lead Teacher in delivering a high-quality preschool curriculum for children ages 3-5. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will help document developmental assessments, conduct daily observations, and actively engage families to promote school readiness and ongoing learning.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or Preschool CDA is required.
• Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards certificate preferred.
• Applicant must demonstrate ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the State Pre-K Lead Teacher in implementing a preschool curriculum for children aged 3-5.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment for children 3-5.
• Document developmental assessments in the data management system.
• Conduct daily observations of children and engage families in the program.
• Plan activities according to individual needs and support school readiness.
