Job summary

Great Hearts Academies’ Young Hearts Preschool in Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support the Lead Teacher with classroom instruction, supervision, and parent communication. This on-site role requires collaboration to deliver developmentally appropriate lessons using The Creative Curriculum.

You will help achieve licensure standards, maintain safety, and build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality assurance measures to maintain excellence of program offerings, operations, and state licensure.
• Work with Lead Teacher to achieve and maintain NAEYC accreditation.
• Maintain regular communications with Lead Teacher, School Director, and Assistant Director.
• Escalate incident reports to the School Director
• Partner to maintain a safe environment.
• Attend monthly meetings.
• Work with Lead Teacher in utilizing The Creative Curriculum and Gold Strategies to execute lessons and assessments.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with students, parents, co-workers, and academy staff.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.
